PID Microprocessor Controller

At the heart of the oven’s operation is a PID microprocessor controller designed for user-friendly operation and precise temperature management. The large Dual LED Touch Module provides real-time monitoring of temperature and process time, enhancing control and accuracy. Key functions include adjustable alarm limits, acoustic alarms for immediate notification of deviations, a timer for precise process scheduling, and PID temperature control for maintaining stable conditions within the oven.

Safety and Reliability

The oven is equipped with comprehensive safety features to safeguard both personnel and samples. Acoustic and visual alarms alert operators to any anomalies, while automatic heating shutdown activates if the temperature deviates by 10°C above the set point, preventing overheating and potential damage to sensitive materials. The system meets EMC requirements (EN 50081-1) and adheres to stringent safety standards (IEC 61010-1), ensuring reliable performance in diverse operational environments.

Different Sizes and Configurations

Ovens are available in five different sizes: 20L, 35L, 60L, 104L and 256L

catering to varying laboratory and industrial needs. Each size option maintains the same high standards of construction and functionality, offering flexibility in accommodating different volumes of samples or materials.
