Shipping Policy

All the in stock items will be dispatched within two business days from the date of placement of order with payment for private organization/ a written purchase order for any government organizations.

All non-stock items shall be dispatched from the manufacturer site with in 7 business days and the item can be expected at the destination port in 4 weeks time tentatively for clearance.

Warranty & Service Policy

We honor all the warranty and extended commitments at the time of placement of order other than standard manufacturer warranty of one year. We are customer centric service oriented organization adapting a service policy of 24 hours response time and 72 hours turn around time other than exceptional circumstances where client will be informed about the situation and how we could help them in best possible way.
